Condor Condor Ferries has teamed up with Visit Guernsey to offer a series of guided tours in Guernsey, the home of Les Misérables author, Victor Hugo, for more than 15 years.

Passengers travelling to Guernsey will have the chance to experience guided tours down the same streets and alleyways traversed by Hugo, who was a political exile on the island, more than 150 years ago.

The company's marketing manager Justin Amey said: “Guernsey offers a fantastic opportunity for visitors who have been inspired by the new film to find out more about the fascinating life of Victor Hugo. We’d encourage anyone looking for a literary break to come on board and see what Guernsey has to offer.”

Travel to Guernsey with the company costs from £61.25 per person one-way for a car and two passengers.
