To help celebrate its silver anniversary, The Global Travel Group has revealed that its ‘25 Years’ campaign plans are to include regular FAM trips, VIP events and new training initiatives.

With support from industry partners, the year-long series of agent-focused initiatives have been designed to support and reward members.

Highlights of the travel consortium’s 25th birthday celebrations will include: four VIP trips, enabling more than 40 agents to gain first-hand experience of Lanzarote (March), Italy (May), Antigua (October) and the Northern Belle private luxury train (August); four product training sessions across the UK, including two ski-focused events and one dedicated cruise day; two VIP events, including an all-expenses paid visit to the Chester Races in May and consortium’s inaugural agent summer party this June; a chance to win a place at two key industry awards dinners; the group’s first annual conference in North America; and more throughout the year.

The celebratory calendar of events will culminate in the four-night annual conference, which will take place this year for the first time in North America, over November 25-29, at Florida’s Universal Orlando Resort.
