Gatwick Express has launched a new facility for passengers who have missed their flights.

The company has teamed up with missedaflight.com so that staff are in a position to direct passengers to professional, expert help for their onward travel if they miss their flight.

The missed-a-flight service can be accessed in person at desks in both the North and South terminals at Gatwick Airport and the onboard train staff are able to provide the contact details for passengers to start making alternative arrangements.
