Today, Funway Holidays has launched its Mexico & Caribbean 2017 brochure.

Available to agents from August 18 it is the first standalone brochure the operator has produced for the Caribbean.

The operator is expanding its Caribbean programme with 16 new destinations including the ever popular islands of Antigua, St. Lucia, Grenada, and Jamaica together with the smaller islands of St. Kitts & Nevis, St. Vincent & the Grenadines, Bahamas, Nassau and Turks & Caicos Islands.

50 new hotels have also been added to the brochure, including the four-star Warwick Paradise Island Bahamas, a brand new all-inclusive adults only resort opening in Autumn 2016, and the four-star all-inclusive Waves Hotel & Spa by Elegant Hotels which opened earlier this summer.

Nick Talbot, head of marketing for the operator, said: “We are thrilled to be increasing our product offering even further with the introduction of our brand new Caribbean destinations and are proud to boast some of the widest and comprehensive ranges of product across the Caribbean. We hope this substantial investment will push us in the direction of not just being a USA specialist but Mexico & Caribbean also.”

To celebrate the launch of the new brochure, the operator will be running ten events across the UK in partnership with Virgin Atlantic, Visit Barbados and Elite Island Resorts. Agents should keep their eyes peeled as Funway will be coming to a town near them with the chance to win holidays for two to the Caribbean including flights and hotel.

The 140-page brochure is valid for travel up to December 31, 2017. Lead-in prices start from £599 per person including seven-nights in Barbados staying at the three-star Halcyon Palm (room only) with Virgin Atlantic flights and travel based on September 12, 2016.
