Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines has launched its first dedicated fly/cruise brochure for 2018/19, highlighting a host of new exotic holidays.

Guests can choose from a range of enticing, far-flung destinations including India, Arabia, the ‘Islands of the Indian Ocean’, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand, with durations from 14 to 38 nights.

The line's sales and marketing director, Justin Stanton, said: “Offered by three of our four smaller, more intimate ships – Braemar, Boudicca or Black Watch - guests are able to get closer to their destinations with the fly/cruise options. This, together with our innovative itineraries, means our guests can spend more time ashore discovering diverse cultures, wondrous landscapes and gaining a more ‘authentic’ experience in the destination.

“Our once-in-a-lifetime adventures offer so much variety: guests can enjoy the culture and traditions of India and Arabia; search for the ‘Big Five’ on a South African safari; discover spiritual sites in Asia; spend Christmas in the South Pacific or watch magical fireworks over Sydney on New Year’s Day."

As an example of itineraries, Boudicca’s 14-night ‘Islands of the Indian Ocean’ fly/cruise departs from Port Louis in Mauritius on November 29, 2018 and hops between some of the most culturally diverse islands in the Indian Ocean.
