Flying high at Europa-Park

A new attraction is set to launch at Germany's Europa-Park. Project V, the largest flying theatre in Europe, will carry up to 140 passengers away on a journey across Europe.

Explorers will experience the sensation of flying in chairlift-style gondolas and the movie, a co-production by MackMedia and Ambient Entertainment, which is shown on a 21m wide screen, will mesmerise guests as they are carried to more than ten unique European destinations. Special effects such as scent, wind and water intensify the flight and make it an unforgettable experience.

Throughout 2017 the theme park will also be working on a new Water Adventure Resort, where numerous indoor and outdoor water activities will be built across a 46-hectare extension area in the south east of Rust.

In order to cater for the expected increase in demand for hotel beds, the park also has plans for a new themed hotel.
