Flybe has celebrated its second anniversary at London City Airport with the start of its 2016/17 winter schedule that features eight routes, including a new service to Dusseldorf and in total offering a choice of up to 110 flights a week for travel through to March 25, 2017.

One-way fares are from £34.99 including taxes and charges and the Dusseldorf flights operate up to three times daily Mondays – Fridays and once a day at weekends.

Providing an additional benefit is the carrier's codeshare agreement with airberlin meaning that customers can benefit from seamless and affordable onward connections to long-haul routes at Dusseldorf.

Other highlights of the airline's new winter schedule include the extension of the airline’s popular multi-daily flights to Cardiff and those to Paris Charles De Gaulle operating for the first time this winter.

The carrier also operates multi-frequency flights from London City to Aberdeen, Amsterdam, Belfast City, Edinburgh and Exeter.
