Exodus has issued its new wildlife encounters brochure for 2014/15 which features 14 new itineraries.
Offering travellers the chance to sleep in the tree canopy of the Borneo Rainforest, seek out gorillas in the Congo, and swim with whale sharks in Mozambique, Exodus’ new wildlife trips have been designed to get travellers as close to nature as possible.

The trip takes travellers into the heart of the rainforest, where they will literally ‘learn the ropes’ of how to ascend into the canopy and will spend the night there.
Also new is a ten-day Bears in the Alaskan wilderness, departing on June 15 and August 3, and leading in at £5,999. it includes flights, accommodation and most meals and follows in the footsteps of the BBC’s Great Bear Stakeout, delving into the Alaskan wilderness. Guests will stay at an eco-friendly camp in the heart of Katmai National Park. The trip is led by an expert naturalist and wildlife photographer to ensure travellers get close to the bears.
Meanwhile, a 12-day Lowland gorillas in the Congo costs from £4,599 including flights, accommodation and all meals, departing on August 2 and September 27. Guests will spend time in the Congo Rainforest at 'Bais' (clearings) to find lowland gorillas, forest elephants, sitatungas, buffalos, red river hogs, otters and crocodiles.
