Eurostar has launched a guaranteed boarding service for its flagship Business Premier class.

The service exclusively offers Business Premier passengers guaranteed access to the train of their choice regardless of their reservation, meaning that if customers arrive late or early for their train they will be able to board another service, without having to join a stand-by queue. The ‘Boarding Guarantee’ is available at Eurostar stations on the same day of travel as the original booking. 


The company's commercial director, Nick Mercer, said: “Business plans can change quickly, which is why we’re committed to offering our Business Premier customers a service that is as flexible as their schedule requires."  Business Premier customers also enjoy fully flexible fares, ten-minute express check-in, business lounge access, along with new onboard menus.
