Essentially Prestige is featuring breaks to Sicily for the first time this year, with week long stays starting from £473 per person at the three-star Hotel Cala Marina in Castellammare del Golfo on the west coast of the island.

The package includes flights from Gatwick, transfers and accommodation on a bed-and-breakfast basis.
The hotel has no restaurant but for an extra £19 per night guests can eat at a choice of fish restaurants which line the seafront.

Accommodation in the operator’s portfolio ranges from luxury five-star palaces (including the Orient Express Grand Hotel and Hotel Villa Sant’ Andrea both in Taormina) to farmhouses, affordable bed-and-breakfasts and three-star hotels plus the all-inclusive Paradise Beach Club in Selinunte on the west coast.

The company is also featuring three multi-centre holidays each taking in three different locations on the island and will tailor-make breaks in any combination of resorts and any length of stay.

Multi-centre holidays include the Sicilian Gastronomy Experience, which starts in Menfi in Western Sicily and takes in the south coast with a break en-route in Agrigento famed for its Greek Temples. This is followed by a journey through the baroque region ending up with a stay in an original Norman fortified tower to experience wines and cuisine in Ispica on the south east tip of the island. The tour costs from £727 per person and includes flights, car hire and breakfast accommodation.

Meanwhile, added value options are featured throughout the Love Sicily brochure including early booking offers, free nights, free child places at some hotels when sharing a parents’ room, complimentary meals, olive oil tasting and wellness packages.
