Enchanting Holidays has launched its 2013 dedicated Enchanting Mauritius brochure, which features 47 hotels and resorts on the island.

The operator's head of product, Shafique Cockar, said: "Our choice ranges from some of the most exclusive resorts to some of the most popular five-star luxury and medium standard hotels.

"We are dedicated to working strongly with our trade partners and provide travel agents with a basic commission of 13% with opportunities to earn even higher levels. Throughout the year we also offer numerous other financial incentives.

"Our programme to Mauritius is essentially a luxury product with an average booking value of around £5,000 per couple. Therefore, agents can earn some extremely rewarding commission levels. We encourage agents to talk to us and use our expertise on Mauritius. Next year we will again be hosting some luxury fam trips to Mauritius. Agents should watch out for these and also for our regular and special agency staff booking incentives.”

New hotels on offer in the brochure include the Four Seasons Resort, Angsana Balaclava, the revamped Ambre and The St. Regis Mauritius, which opens next month.
The brochure also details a selection of special offers from early booking and wedding & honeymoon discounts to free nights and child deals. Flights are offered with Air Mauritius, British Airways and Emirates.

Cockar said: “Mauritius is a dynamic destination and with the recent influx of new up market properties the destination now offers a whole host of world-class hotels. This is great for the punter - the product is comprehensive and the stiff competition means more competitive prices. I am delighted that our Mauritius sales in 2012 have been outstanding. We are 40% up on last year and our yield has also increased by around 9%. I thank our travel agent partners for their fantastic support.”
