No further restrictions apply to UK airspace as the high density ash cloud has now moved into the North Sea and Northern Germany.

The German Airspace Authority has announced the closure of Berlin Schonefeld airport from 10:00-12:00 GMT with the potential for extension beyond this period.

 

Hamburg airport is to remain closed until 13:00hrs GMT.

Flights to and from Denmark are also affected.

In light of this information, easyJet has cancelled the following flights with further cancellations expected throughout the day:

Delays can be expected to other scheduled flights as a result. We therefore strongly advise that all passengers check the status of their flight at easyJet.com before travelling to the airport. For cancelled flights, easyJet offers its passengers the option of transferring their flight free of charge or a refund on the internet.
