DoubleTree by Hilton has announced the opening of its first hotel in Croatia, located in a prime position in the business district of Zagreb.

The property  welcomes guests with a warm chocolate chip cookie on arrival and features 152 guest rooms and suites all with floor to ceiling glass windows, free high-speed internet access, a flat-screen satellite TV, ironing board, mini-bar and tea and coffee making facilities.

For meetings, conferences and events, DoubleTree by Hilton Zagreb offers more than 4,140sq. ft of flexible meeting space, featuring the Mimosa Ballroom, which seats up to 250 delegates theatre style, a boardroom and a further three meeting rooms with capacity for up to 300 guests.
Meanwhile, the hotel group has opened its first property in Phuket, Thailand. DoubleTree Resort by Hilton – Surin Beach is located on the west coast of the island on Surin Beach, approximately 24km from Phuket International Airport.

The resort offers 250 guestrooms, including more than 80 suites; three food and beverage outlets; four meetings rooms, a business centre; fitness club; outdoor lagoon-style pools; water slides and a kids' club.
