Cruise to victory: Fred. Olsen Cruise Lines offer new agent training programme

Fred. Olsen is offering travel agents the chance to win a cruise for two aboard the newest addition to its fleet, the riverboat Brabant, in celebration of its new interactive river cruise training programme.

The interactive programme, which launched this month, educates travel agents on Fred. Olsen?s river offering, following the launch of its first river ship Brabant earlier this year.

Mike Evans, head of sales for the cruise line, said: ?It has been a successful inaugural year for Brabant, which has been serving the Danube, Main, Moselle and Rhine rivers with us since April. We know that our travel agents are integral to this success, and it is paramount that those selling our river cruises really understand the product that we offer, how we operate and how this differs from our ocean cruises. Our new European River Cruising Online Training Programme is the perfect way for us to make sure travel agents know Brabant and our sailings inside out, while rewarding their hard work and loyalty with shopping vouchers and the chance to win a free river cruise with us to experience it first hand!?

Agents can choose from the following cruises as their prize: Brabant?s five-night ?Delights of Holland in Bloom? cruise, ex Dusseldorf, Germany with flights leaving from Heathrow on April 9, 2019; Brabant?s five-night ?Springtime Dutch Discovery? cruise, ex Amsterdam, Netherlands with flights from Heathrow on April 14, 2019.

For agents to qualify for prizes, all five training modules need to be completed by October 31 and they will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

In addition, agents who successfully complete all five modules will qualify for ?20 shopping vouchers on completion of their first booking and the course certificate which can be downloaded on completion of all five modules.
