Croatia demand sees Classic add four new resorts

With last year?s Croatia sales finishing more than 10% up and sales for 2016 currently more than 12% up, year-on-year, Classic Collection Holidays has added six new properties in four new resort areas for this summer.

Gary Boyer, the company's head of purchasing and product development, said: ?As more and more travellers are coming to discover this beautifully unspoilt area of the Mediterranean, we?ve added the seaside resorts of Sibenik and Rogoznica, served by Split, the family-friendly island of Korcula, served by Dubrovnik, and the Plitvice National Park, one of the most visited attractions in Croatia and served by Rijeka, Zagreb and Zadar airports.

?Croatia is a destination well supported by regional flying, allowing us to offer customers our usual service of a flexible choice of UK departure airports, airlines and holiday duration. It?s also ideal for twin and multi-centre holidays with no fewer than ten Croatian airports from which to arrive and depart.?

The four-star Hotel Degenija has been recommended as a base from which to discover the natural beauty, fauna and flora of the Plitvice National Park. A three-night stay starts from ?549 per person in May.

In Sibenik, the D-Resort Sibenik has seven-night holidays from ?849 in May, the Boutique Hotel Life in Rogoznica leads in at ?643 and prices at the Korkyra Gardens Apartments on the island of Korcula start from ?851.

All prices are based on two sharing on a bed-and-breakfast basis and include flights and private transfers.
