The transition of the tour operator, currently trading as Cosmos Holidays, to the Monarch Brand will start from today.

Avro and Somewhere2Stay, which sell flights and hotel accommodation respectively through the travel trade, will also operate under the Monarch brand.

From summer 2016, the holiday programme offered by Monarch will be fully aligned with the airline’s scheduled route network and will focus exclusively on destinations served by the airline. Richard Francis, managing director, for Monarch tour operations, said: “From now on we will be able to give our trade partners and their customers one integrated programme of flights, holidays and hotels. We believe that bringing the Monarch brand into the trade for the first time, and putting all of our products under this one well-established brand, provides clarity and consistency for our trade partners and their customers.”
