This summer Celebrity Cruises will be hosting seven interactive training events for agents across the UK on Celebrity Eclipse and Celebrity Silhouette.

The sessions will give agents the chance to explore the onboard features and activities, as well as the dining facilities and customer service. To ensure the training is interactive, the cruise line has added a treasure hunt (GooseChase) to the programme, which involves agents working in groups to solve riddles that take them to specific areas of the ship.

The line is also offering a 30-minute online training session on September 20 hosted by an onboard sales manager from the ship. The training will offer agents insights and advice on how best to maximise sales opportunities with guests and encourage them to re-book. In tandem with this, new guests sailing with the cruise line who rebook their next cruise whilst onboard will automatically have their reservation credited to their preferred travel partner, enabling agents to receive commission on each of the bookings.

To support the training, agents will be able to take advantage of a host of exclusive benefits available to guests to incentivise them to book. This includes offering up to $500 of onboard credit to redeem against spa treatments, shore excursions and speciality dining.
