As part of its ongoing commitment to championing equality, Celebrity Cruises has launched its first dedicated diversity and inclusion training module to its online e-learning platform, Cruising for Excellence.

Agents who undertake the module will learn how the company is committed to supporting diversity and equality in the LGBTQ+ community, advocates equality for women, embraces all cultures, encourages those with physical and mental challenges, and supports its employees throughout their careers.

This is presented through a series of presentations and short films to help provide agents with selling tips and more information on how the cruise line cares for its guests either at home, on-board or within the community.
