Guests who purchase a Business Flex ticket can change their tickets and cancel without charges, receive 15kg of free check-in baggage on internal flights in Turkey and 20kg on all international flights including to and from Turkey, as well as 12kg free cabin baggage and seat selection (including seats with extra legroom).
