Nine hotels and self-catering apartments in the Croatian region of Istria are being featured for the first time in Balkan Holidays' second edition summer 2012 brochure, following the operator's reintroduction of holidays to the peninsula.

Some of Croatia's most popular resorts are being featured including the historical old town of Rovinj, Vrsar overlooking stunning Lim Bay, plus Pula famed for its historical amphitheatre and Porec.

Other key highlights in the new brochure are the extension of direct flights from Norwich to Bourgas, Bulgaria, for the summer 2012 season; the extension of flights from Belfast to Bourgas until September 9; and new accommodation choices in Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovenia.

Prices start from £229 per person based on a seven-night breakfast stay at the Hotel Arda, Sunny Beach, Bulgaria in May.

Other offers include a deposit of £70 per person, early booking discounts of up to £390 per couple, 5% loyalty bonus for previous bookers, two weeks for the price of one on selected Bulgarian hotels and apartments, free child places and child prices from £99 and free children's insurance, no single supplements and group discounts.
