Early bookers can take advantage of savings of up to ?1,200 per couple including ?600 off per couple on cruises booked before August 31, as well as further discount of ?600 per couple on selected cruise departures if booked by June 30.

Suite ships Avalon Expression and Avalon Artistry II will be launched into service in May 2013 bringing the total of suite ships in the fleet to five. All five ships feature two full decks of Panorama Suites with wall-to-wall sliding panoramic windows opening to create an open air balcony.

Avalon Artistry II will sail the eight-day 'Romantic Rhine? cruise, which leads in at ?1,855 per person, while Avalon Expression will sail the longer itineraries of the 13-day ?Blue Danube Discovery?, which costs from ?2,459, the 15-day ?Magnificent Europe? (?3,035) and the 11-day ?Legendary Danube? (?2,459).

The new flexible approach to river cruising provides passengers with more choice relating to dining and sightseeing options. The range of itineraries has also been increased with the introduction of four new cruises including the 13-day ?Highlights of Germany? on the Danube Canal, Main and Rhine rivers as well as the nine-day ?Austrian Highlights & Bavaria? and ten-day ?Capitals of Central Europe?, which both sail the River Danube.
