Air France has expanded its digital services with the introduction of new mobile flight alerts.

The freeĀ Air France Connect service uses phone numbers and e-mail addresses provided by customers while booking their flights.

The airline informs passengers of any delay, cancellation or change of boarding gate in real time, throughout their trip. Alerts are active from 14 days before departure either by phone, text message or e-mail.
