Advantage celebrates its winners of 2018 at Big Celebration Lunch

Advantage Travel Partnership today celebrated its members and their successes as The Big Celebration Lunch.

Running for its third consecutive year, the event was attended by 250 guests with TV presenter Mark Durden-Smith once again taking to the stage to host and present 22 awards to members and business partners.

Julia Lo Bue-Said, CEO of the partnership said: “We are very proud of our members and business partners and are excited to once again celebrate what we have collectively achieved in the past year. We’re delighted that our event is now an annual calendar event in the industry”.

For its 40th Anniversary year it was announced that the consortia will also be supporting Make-A–Wish UK, the children’s charity which creates life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Nina Allard, head of mass fundraising for the charity, commented: “We’re delighted that Advantage Travel Partnership have chosen to support Make-A-Wish UK. Over the next year, employees at The Advantage Travel Partnership in London and their members, based across the UK, will be aiming to raise £25,000 by taking part in a number of events. Through the partnership we’ll be able to grant the wishes of even more seriously ill children, giving them the strength to cope, resilience to fight their illness and hope for the future.”

The winners from today’s awards, held at Hilton London Bankside, were chosen by a mixture of members, business partners and an independent panel.
