ABTA has re-launched abta.com to make it easier for members and consumers to access information and resources on the site.
The site has a new look and feel, clearer navigation and enhanced search capability and makes it easier for members to access information in the Member Zone - from guidance notes on business critical issues to operational updates, destinations information and the latest news and views from the association.
When users sign-in to the password protected area, they will have the ability to customise what they see to ensure they get the information most relevant to their business and areas of interest. Members will also be able to search ABTA’s Travel Industry Partners to access their exclusive offers and discounts, amongst other things.
The new site also features an expanded and improved consumer zone – Go Travel – to appeal more broadly to consumers, offering them travel tips before they go on holiday and when they are away, as well as advice on what they can do when they get home in the unlikely event something goes wrong with their holiday. Go Travel also highlights the benefits of booking with an ABTA member.
