Abercrombie & Kent has launched its latest collection of properties in a new destination for A&K Villas, Croatia.

Villa Manda, located in one of Split's most privileged seaside districts, used to be the noble residence of former political luminaries before being converted into a luxury holiday home with modern amenities. Offering five bedrooms, the property sleeps ten and rates start from £7,481 per week. Alternatively, Villa Plavi San is located near the small town of Trogir and offers access to a private beach, reached from the garden of the villa. Sleeping eight in four bedrooms, prices start from £11,199 per week.

In Dubrovnik, the Ray Residence is perched on the cliffs above the sea and guarantees relaxation and privacy. With six bedrooms, rates lead in at £31,836 per week. Alternatively, Dalmatian Dream - located 500m from Dubrovnik Old City and Pile gate, an elite and private residential Dubrovnik neighbourhood - offers seven guestrooms, with rates starting from £10,135 per week.

For an island escape, Villa Mali Raj takes prime position over the pinewoods of Cikat Bay and is surrounded by landscaped gardens. Sleeping 20 across ten guestrooms, rates start from £31,305 per week. Meanwhile, Villa Oaza is within walking distance of the centre of Hvar and combines traditional Baroque features with modern design elements across five guestrooms, designed to sleep ten, with rates from £6,424 per week.
