Wendy Wu Tours has issued its 2016/17 China brochure which showcases a new ‘Discovery Tours’ collection, an updated ‘Exclusive Collection’ plus a selection of new and improved tours, opening up new destinations in China for the UK visitor.

As an example, a new Discovery Tour is a 15-day China Explorer which covers China’s most iconic sites travelling from Beijing to Xian, Chengdu and Shanghai with a three-night Yangtze River Cruise.

Highlights include a hike along the Great Wall, a nine-mile cycle ride around the city wall of ancient Xian, a visit to the ancient town of Pingle, and a visit to the Bamboo forest above on Jinjigu Suspended Rope Bridge. The tour costs £2,990 per person including flights, transport, accommodation, some meals, touring with guides, entrance fees and visa fees.

To celebrate the brochure launch the operator is offering a Business Class upgrade for £99 from Manchester and £199 from Heathrow across many of its China tours. The offer is valid for bookings made by September 30.
