Switzerland is undoubtedly one of the world’s most popular destinations for ski holidays but did you know that it’s also the perfect choice for a summer break? Whether it’s hiking up mountains, meandering through meadows or splashing through white water rapids, Switzerland has something for everyone.

And what better way to reach this stunning country than to travel in style between France and a range of Swiss towns and cities aboard a high speed TGV Lyria train. Travelling at speeds of up to 320 km/h, your customers can sit back, relax and take in the views as they speed effortlessly to Geneva, Lausanne, Basel, Zurich or any one of the destinations served by TGV Lyria. Link up with a Eurostar service from the UK for a hassle free and delightful start to any Swiss getaway.

Since December 2017, TGV Lyria trains have offered not two but three on board classes of service:

STANDARD: Travel is in air-conditioned, 2nd class coaches and 3 levels of ticket flexibility are available. Passengers can purchase hot and cold refreshments from the trolley service or the recently refurbished bar coach throughout their journey and prices start at just £26.50 one way!

STANDARD 1ÈRE: For extra legroom and added comfort, Standard 1ère is the perfect option. Travel is in a 1st class, air-conditioned coach with wider, more comfortable seats and Standard 1ère ticket holders can also access the SNCF Grand Voyageur lounge in Paris Gare de Lyon.  A one way journey starts at just £45 and tickets are semi flexible.

BUSINESS 1ÈRE: As well as the extra on board comfort and wider seats, Business 1ére customers also benefit from a range of additional services including: a dedicated coach, fully flexible tickets, a welcome drink and hot towel, a hot meal at seat and unlimited drinks, access to the SNCF Grand Voyageur lounge in Paris Gare de Lyon and the possibility of booking a private driver service in advance of arriving in Paris for onward travel within the city.
